olive oil
ripe tomatoes, chopped
sun-dried tomatoes, in olive oil
A handful of stoned olives, sliced
fresh green chili, deseeded and finely chopped
dried pasta |

Method:

Simmer the olive
oil, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, olives and
chili for 10 minutes in a small saucepan.

Bring a large pan
of salted water to the boil. Cook the pasta,
drain and serve it with the sauce.
