Chinese cabbage (bok choy)
olive oil
chopped fresh ginger
garlic clove, smashed and chopped
tomatoes, cored & cut in wedges
teriyaki sauce
salt and pepper
Method:
Slice off white
base from cabbage. Separate stalks and wash well
in cold water. Use only the leafy part of the
stalks, and cut in thick slices on the bias.
Heat oil in frying
pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and cover;
cook 3 minutes.
Add ginger and
garlic; season well. Add tomatoes and cook 5
minutes over high heat, uncovered.
