Creamy Summer Squash Soup

butter
onion, sliced
yellow summer squash, sliced
flour
light chicken stock, heated
thyme
basil
celery seeds
paprika
salt and pepper

Method:

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook
3 minutes over low heat.

Add summer squash
and season well. Cover and cook 6 minutes over
low heat.

Sprinkle in flour
and mix well. Cook 1 minute.

Stir in chicken
stock and seasonings. Correct seasoning and
bring to boil. Cook 20 minutes over low heat.

Force soup through
sieve into bowl. Serve.
