Roast Turkey Breast with Sprouts on Pumpernickel Recipe
(serves 2)

Ingredients:

slices pumpernickel bread
mayonnaise
thin slices roast turkey breast
slices Havarti cheese
slices avocado
alfalfa sprouts
salt and pepper

Method:

  1. spread slices of bread with mayonnaise. Build sandwiches with turkey, cheese and alfalfa sprouts.

  2. Top each sandwich with slice of avocado. Serve.
