Potato and Tuna Fish Salad Recipe
(serves 4)

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsp/ 30 ml
1 1/2 tbsp/ 25 ml
1/4 cup/50 ml

 

can tuna, drained
large cooked potatoes, still hot, cubed
cooked chopped red onion
green onions, chopped
bell pepper, cubed
celery stalk, diced
wine vinegar
lemon juice
Dijon mustard
heavy cream
salt and pepper

 

Method:

  1. Place tuna in large bowl. Add vegetables and mix.

  2. Pour vinegar and lemon juice in another bowl. Add mustard, salt and pepper; mix together with whisk.

  3. Whisk in cream. Pour sauce over salad and toss well. Marinate 15 minutes before serving.
