Steamed Shrimp Recipe
(serves 4 )

 

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup/ 625 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml
1/2 tsp/ 2 ml

 

large shrimp, washed
black pepper
paprika
pinch crushed chilies
salt

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and refrigerate 2 hours.

  2. Steam shrimp 6 to 7 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times during cooking.

  3. Serve with fresh lemon.
