Shrimp Cocktail Recipe
(serves 4 )

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup/ 125 ml
1/2 cup/ 125 ml
1 1/2 tbsp/ 25 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml

chili sauce
ketchup
horseradish
Worcestershire sauce
cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
few drops Tabasco sauce
lemon juice
salt and pepper
 

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, together in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Serve sauce in small bowl to accompany shrimp.
