Bacon-wrapped Water Chestnuts Recipe

Ingredients:

6 oz/ 180 g
3 tbsp/ 45 ml
4-6 slices

 

whole water chestnuts
hoisin sauce
bacon

 

Method:

  1. Drain and dry water chestnuts. Mix with hoisin sauce. Cut each bacon slice into long strips to wrap around each chestnut. secure with toothpick.

  2. Arrange on a foil-covered tray. Roast at 425 oF/ 220 oC for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp.
