Stir-fried Honey Duck Recipe

Ingredients:
10 oz/ 280 g
2 tsp/ 10 ml
1/2 tsp/ 2.5 ml

2 tbsp/ 30 ml
2 tbsp/ 30 ml
1 tbsp/ 15 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml
2 tsp/ 10 ml

can vegetarian mock duck
vegetable oil
chopped garlic
green onions, sliced
light soy sauce
dry sherry
honey
cornstarch
stock

Method:

Cut mock duck into
even-sized 1 inch/ 2.5 cm pieces.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and green onions and stir-fry 1
minutes. Add soy sauce, sherry and honey, simmer
2 minutes. Add vegetarian duck pieces and simmer
15 minutes. Add cornstarch blended with stock
and stir to thicken. Serve.
