Stir-fried Bean Curd with Szechuan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup/ 60 ml
1/4 tsp/ 1 ml

1 lb/ 450 g
5 tbsp

vegetable oil
salt
green onions, cut in 3/4 inch/ 2 cm lengths
firm bean curd, cut in 3/4 inch/ 2 cm cubes
Szechuan Sauce

Method:

Heat oil in a wok.
Add salt, white of green onions and bean curd
cubes. Stir-fry gently to heat through.

Add Szechuan sauce
and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in green onion tops
and serve.
