Barbecued Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lb/ 225 g
1/4 cup/ 60 ml

firm bean curd
char sui marinade
|

Method:

Pierce bean curd
with toothpick. Coat evenly with chai sui sauce
and marinate 30 minutes.

The bean curd can
be oven-roasted Chinese style for 20 minutes at
350 oF/ 180 oC or
pan-fried in 5 tbsp/ 75 ml oil, turning to cook
each side.

Cool and slice.
Use for stir-fry combinations, soups or in fried
rice.
