Stir-fried Crab, Ginger and
Green Onions Recipe

large live crabs
oil
garlic, crushed
thin slices fresh ginger, finely chopped
bunch green onions, sliced
chicken stock
soy sauce
sherry
sugar
dash sesame oil
cornstarch
water

Method:

Cut crabs in half
and segment them. Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic,
ginger and green onions, and stir-fry for 30
seconds. Add crab pieces and stir-fry to coat
with oil. Pour in stock, soy sauce, sherry,
sugar and sesame oil and bring to a boil.

Cook covered until
crab shells turn pink. Stir in cornstarch
blended with water to thicken, bring to a boil
and serve.
