Sizzling Mongolian Scallops Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb/ 450 g
1 tbsp/ 15 ml

Sauce:
1 tsp/ 5 ml
2 tsp/ 10 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml
1/2 tsp/ 2.5 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml
1 tbsp/15 ml
1/4 cup/ 60 ml

scallops
light soy sauce
dry sherry
vegetable oil
large onion, peeled and cut in eights
chopped fresh ginger
chili garlic sauce
hoisin sauce
sesame oil
five-spice powder
sugar
peanut butter
fish stock

Method:

In a bowl combine
scallops, soy sauce and sherry. Heat oil in a
wok. Add onion and stir-fry 1 minutes. Add
ginger, scallops and marinade, stir-fry 2-3
minutes.

Blend in sauce
ingredients and stir-fry until boiling. Serve at
once on hot sizzle plate.
