Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

Method:

In a saucepan, combine sugar,
vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sherry and. Bring to
a boil and stir in the blended cornstarch and
water, stirring constantly until the sauce is
thickened.
