Sweet and Sour Fruity Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup/ 125 ml
1/2 cup/ 125 ml
3 tbsp/ 45 ml
3 tbsp/ 45 ml
1/4 cup/ 60 ml
3 tbsp/ 45 ml
1/2 cup/ 125 ml

sugar
vinegar
soy sauce
sherry
tomato catsup
cornstarch
pineapple juice

Method:

In a saucepan, combine sugar,
vinegar, soy sauce, sherry and catsup. Bring to
a boil and add cornstarch and pineapple juice
mixture, stirring constantly until the sauce is
thickened.
