Ginger-Soy Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

3 tbsp/ 45 ml
1 tbsp/ 15 ml
1/2 tsp/ 2.5 ml
5 tbsp/ 75 ml



oil
finely chopped green onions, white part only
finely grated fresh ginger
soy sauce

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok. Add green onions and ginger and stir-fry 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and remove from heat.

Makes about 2/3 cup/ 165 ml
