Combination Seafood Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lb/ 225 g

4 stalks
1 cup/ 250 ml
6 oz / 180 g

crisp-fried fresh egg noodles
shrimp meat, deveined
scallops
prepared squid
sliced fish fillets
chopped fresh ginger
cornstarch
light soy sauce
sherry
oil
salt
Chinese cabbage, cut in 1 inch/ 2.5 cm pieces
sliced bamboo shoots
straw mushrooms, sliced lengthwise

Method:
-
Arrange
crisp-fried fresh egg noodles on serving platter
and keep warm.

Combine seafood,
ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry, toss
to coat.

Heat 3 tbsp/ 45 ml
oil. Add seafood and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
Remove from pan.

Heat remaining
oil. Add salt and Chinese cabbage stalks, and
stir-fry 1 minute.

Add cabbage
leaves, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cover and
cook 2 minutes.

Return seafood to
reheat. Serve over crisp noodles.
