Spicy Beef Satay Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb/ 450 g
1 tbsp/ 15 ml
1 tsp/ 5 ml
2 tsp/ 10 ml
4 tbsp/60 ml
3 tbsp/45 ml
3 tbsp/ 45 ml

boneless steak, cut in thin
strips
soy sauce
sesame oil
curry paste
sesame paste
dry sherry
vegetable oil

Method:

Combine steak with
soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes.

Thread three to
four slices on each satay stick.

Combine curry
paste, sesame paste and sherry. Spread thinly
over beef. Brush with oil and cook under a
preheated broiler 1-2 minutes on each side.
