Rambutan Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
20 oz/ 565 ml
1 lb/ 45 ml
1 lb/ 450 g
1 tbsp/ 15 ml
1
1/4 cup/ 60 ml

can rambutan fruits, drained
honeydew melon balls
cantaloupe balls
orange liqueur
egg white
white sugar mixed with a few drops green food coloring
chilled sparking white wine

Method:

Combine fruit and
liqueur.

Place egg white
and sugar on two separate plates. Invert six
dessert glasses and dip rim into egg white, then
into colored sugar. Fill glasses with assorted
fruit and liqueur. Cover with sparkling wine.
Serve chilled.
Notes: Rambutan is a bright
red fruit, oval in shape, which comes from Malayasia.
It is available fresh or canned at supermarkets. If
you need to substitute, you can use lychees or
mangosteen.
